| Land Sale Terms and Conditions |

- The successful Bidder will be required to sign an unconditional offer to purchase and submit a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the purchase price on Sale Day, the 27th of February 2001.
- The Balance of the purchase price shall be paid to the solicitor for the vendor on or before the 28th day of March 2001.
- Possession of the lands will be granted on the 28th day of March 2001 or upon payment of the full purchase price, whichever occurs first.
- Taxes shall be adjusted as at March 28th 2001.
- The Purchaser will be responsible for G.S.T. if applicable.
- The property will be conveyed to the purchaser free and clear of all encumbrances with the exception of the existing surface rights and utility easements, which revenue of approximately $6000 will be adjusted as of March 28th 2001.
- The sale shall be subject to the vendor's approval.
- Taxes for the past year were $ TBA with an assessment of TBA
